Beware - They do not stand behind their work. The tile work they did started to come up within weeks of install. The company I contacted to replace it found that the screws were not counter sync d where the tiles were sitting on the screws causing them to move and crack. In my entryway, the plywood under the tile was not secured to the supports (screws missed them completely) causing the floor to flex and the tiles to pop up.



They refused to correct the problem and when I refused to pay them the last install, they went directly to my insurance company to collect final payment using a document that was not signed by me to authorize it - I think that is called fraud.
