Ramada Hays Convention Center

Hotel is dirty the staff is rude and nowhere to be found when u need them.
We stayed because of the pool which
Was about 40 degress and broken!all
The vending machines were empty and
When i calld customer service to complain they said theyl get back 2 me in a week.terrible!

Since it has changed to a Ramada Inn the rates are much more reasonable. Clean, pleasant staff, great place to take family with the slide, pool and entertaining game area.
