Toys R Us

We bought a swing set for my son's birthday and when we got it home and started to put it together, we were missing peices and the hardware was all wrong and wouldn't fit. So I called the store and asked if I could return it and go to another Toys R Us that had the same one in stock and buy that one. The lady said yes to bring it in, I said ok I will be there first thing in the morning. (Might I mention as well that this was a box that was at least 7 feet long and was about 20 to 30 lbs) I got everything back in the box and taped it up. Got it down stairs and put it into my car. I drove down to the store and said that I talked to someone the night before and she said I could return this. They knew who I was and who I had talked to. They told me to wait. Then a guy came up to me and said that they don't acept returns for the swing sets and I had to call the company for the peices that were missing and the new hardware. I was very upset. Not only would that take weeks, but my son was looking forward to having this for his birthday. So I had to drive home and take the box out and carry it back up the stairs again. It took 3 weeks for me to get my parts and it was a nightmare to put together! Everytime I go there, they are not helpful at all. If I didn't live down the street I would go to a different one.
