Innovative Landscapes

We signed up with Innovative landscapes for lawn maintenance. They mow the lawn but don't trim along the fence lines after mowing. Their work is sloppy, and they don't call back when you ask them for an estimate on other landscape services; I have yet to receive the estimate for general cleanup, trimming, and mulching, which was requested several times last year.

I sent this company my deposit over 1 month ago and was told that work would start 2 weeks after receipt of the deposit. I was told the work would start last week and then, again, this week...Work has yet to begin. We have tried calling this company at least 3 times today and no one has called us back. We are very displeased and will probably ask for our deposit back.
