Bryn Mawr Glass

I purchased two glass top patio tables from this company over a 5 year period. I called to get a replacement--exact glass top, exact table. I asked to pull my record and order me the exact same item. I was told by an extremely rude woman that she could pull this record but she needed a pattern. I said "well it's the same top"..can't you just pull my record.? She went on to repeat herself over and over again to the point where I asked for a manager. She claimed she was the owner. She referred to me as "listen honey" and "you are not listening" when in fact she wasn't listening. I can't imagine anyone wanting to do any business here. She welcomed me to come over saying, "I'm the short, fat, blonde"..come on over. I told her I've been coming to them for years and can't understand why they would not care about losing business...this was a very easy transaction..a repeat ORDER? She sounded drunk. I would never ever order here again nor trust the quality of work from someone who doest' care.
