        Overall

        Had a problem with my furnace on 12/09/16 (Friday).
        I called 4 companies and two called back and two did not. The 2 said they would call back on Monday, never did. I called Steve on Monday 12/12, he called back within the 1/2 hour and said he could come to give an estimate in 10 minutes. He was there in 10. He gave me the bad news that I would need a new furnace. He said he could install it on Wed. 12/12. He showed up on time and installed it in a professional and competent way. He explained everything to me and even called back the next day to check that everything was ok. I can't say enough about his professionalism and passion to do the job correctly. Steve is now my contact for any future heating and plumbing work.
