I took my Chevy Malibu in Feb12, 2014 when I got my car back about a week later my Onstar was not working. Must I say it was working just find and my monthly payment for the Onstar service was and still is being drafted out my bank account every month. Well when I called about it not working they told me they didn't do anything to my car that will affect my Onstar. A lie, they had to disconnect the battery cable because everything in my car needed to be reset. I also had a tracking notification on my car coming to phone, everyday and how convenient my notifications stop coming to my phone on the day it was there Feb.12, 2014. They told me they wasn't going to Pay for it. It cost me $100.00 to take it to the dealer to find out what's wrong that doesn't include the amount to fix it. I do not recommend this body shop.
