Beware of caral and sons hvac they ripped my family off stole are money didnt do the job they were hired to do and refuse to return calls or text they refuse to give me my ac unit that was prepaid for mike caral and his company office manager marlene caral are crooks

My heater was from 1947. Mike and his son replaced my heater and put in a new air conditioner for us. It's the first time in years that our home is warm. They were efficient and neat. The price was right too.

Mr. Caral responded to a no heat problem. He does not have anyone who answers his phone....just a voicemail who never gets back to you to hear your problem. You just wait all day for him to call you and wonder if he will at all. Do not use him. He put in a part that did not work and we were without heat again in a few weeks. He does not respond to your complaints and when he does, he insists that "indeed" he was not his fault and will not even come over to assess the situation, even if you have the defective part to show him. Put up a lot of ads on line, but BEWARE
