        I don't give out 5 stars, because there's always room for improvement. However, with the heat being as high as it's been and no doubt that there are a lot of a/c's breaking down like mine, K-T has always made it the same day I've called to come fix the problem. So 5 stars for promptness it is! Very friendly people.
