Issue with schedule times. But technician did show. Tech was very pleasant and gave us a quote. We are planning the install and will update our rating when done.

The local Hastings, MN office is great to deal with. Polite friendly and helpful. Service tech's are also polite and do a good job. Very tidy and respectful of your house and properties. Recently had Tommy H-HVAC and Frank D-plumbing -- both did a brilliant job and super helpful. Thanks !!

Furance is 8 years old. I have been paying a monthy maintenance fee for years. Furance has been out 3 times in 2 months. Tonight, it is out again. I was told they can't get someone out all night. Maybe tomorrow. When I asked the person who answered the phone what I should do, and I quote, "you should use blow dryers to keep you warm".



I'd be very cautious about this place. The monthly service fee you pay means nothing. 2 of the 3 times I have called, I have been told "everyone is busy, maybe in the next 24 hours'.
