World Class Hardwood Floors

was in and out with in a matter of day. also was very good with dogs an other pets. he also was dustless.

Jeff is a true professional. He did such an amazing job for us. We initially called him to sand and finish a newly installed floor in the kitchen(he does install flooring which I would recommend). We had had another company refinish the living room floor the prior year and I was very unhappy with the way it came out. When Jeff was here he looked at it and knew what had been done wrong and we contracted him to do that floor as well. It was ebony and Jeff did an amazing job! So happy with all his work. He takes the time necessary to do the job properly so don’t expect him to rush through it or cut corners. Results are fantastic.

Jeff refinished all the hardwood floors in our home. We are extremely pleased with the outcome! He did an excellent job in all aspects, including replacement of the floor molding. We highly recommend Jeff and are completely satisfied.

Very dissatisfied, disappointed, and unprofessional. Jeff from World Class Floors appeared to be very knowledgeable and courteous upon first meeting him and hiring him to sand and refinish the upstairs of our home. He was not the cheapest bid, but we chose him because of what he portrayed as his core family values. His schedule to perform the work was a little haphazard and not accurate but we accepted it for what it was. We were told the job would take 2 days to complete, it took 6 and then we could not walk on it for 5 days after. This was not disclosed to us beforehand. The stain color finish was not what we asked for nor does it match the existing hardwood finish that we asked him to mimic. More importantly, when the job was supposedly complete, Jeff left a footprint in the finish as shown in the attached photos. I found this footprint after the allotted 5 days of waiting for the finish to dry and not being able to walk on it. I called him immediately to notify him. I texted him to notify him and included photos. Now, over one month later, I still have not heard from Jeff or his wife. I have called and left three messages. I have texted three times with photos. No reply and no solution to remedy this footprint in the middle of the floor. My only option is cover my brand-new floors with an area rug to cover it. Very dissatisfied, disappointed, and unprofessional.
