        they are so slow at filing the...

        They are so slow at filing the paperwork at this office, I have been trying to get a police report on something that happen in April and they still do not have it in computer,they act like they have no idea what they should be doing there.They also are very rude when you ask them a question I guess because they really don't know the answer.
