Hartford Towing and Auto

While waiting in traffic, our truck died in the center lane on I-40, and would not restart. We called the closest gas station to find a tow. We called Hartford Towing, and asked them to come get the truck and repair it. We did not ask for a cost, because at this point we knew we would pay whatever we had too, as we had goats in the truck. They sent a rollback truck. They unloaded our truck into a covered section of the shop so the goats would have shade, had a mechanic stop what he was doing and start on our truck immediately. I was expecting this company out in the middle of nowhere who was working on a tourist truck to hand me a $3-400 bill. Instead they charged me less than $200 for everything, made sure I was satisfied, and then gave me a further discount for paying cash. The interstate was still blocked so they also gave us directions to get over the mountain while avoiding the traffic. Thank you Hartford towing for the great job!

This place showed up where I work to pick up a totalled motorhome and the wrecker dumped hydraulic oil all over the parking lot and then pulled the motorhome through it and spread the oil all over the road.

this is a family business that my husband &i met last year on our way to selmer tn.at 1am in the on our christmas vacation our car broke down ,sat at exxon gas station till it opened saturday morning.lady working there called hartford towing for us,as soon as they opened.alternator bad,had to wait for 1 to come from newport.these guys were great.did good work and didn't rob us just because we were from out of town,charleston,sc.car stilling running,would tell anyone to call them if having car trouble.
