        Don't count on these people to help you out. Sure....they'll show up for the service call, promise you they'll take care of things, then don't follow through. No concern about good customer service....not sure how they sleep at night. Go somewhere else. If I could have given them less than one star, I would have.

        Overall

        Horrible customer service! they came out (3 hours late) and didn't fix the problem. I have now been trying to get them back for over a month and they keep standing me up. I will never uses them again

        Yes they know what they're tal...

        Yes they know what they're talking about, but very rude especialy if your a do-it-yourselfer. Lots of attitude but helpfull if you can look past it.
