        After my husbands evaluation he waited for an appointment for weeks. When I called, twice I was informed it was our insurance . I called our insurance which informed us he had been okayed three weeks ago. I received a case number and phone number to call; I gave this information to Valley Baptist Rehab and have heard nothing from them. This is not only unprofessional but disheartening to my husband who needed the therapy. We both liked the physical therapist and have great respect for their ability to help people. It seems the money came before their care for the patient.
