        They never answer the phone. This is ridiculous. No store hours to be found anywhere online. Plus the replacement part will take approximately 2 months to arrive!

        It would be nice if anyone would ever answer the phone.... I have called for 2 days now and have not been answered. I have 2 kids so it is hard to lug a heavy vacuum plus toddlers into the store.

        A very negative review was written in 2012 when an elderly man, probably ill, was the owner. He died in2013, and a young new owner is working hard to succeed. I thought my vacuum cleaner was not suctioning, but he showed me that I had the wrong height selected for the brushes. I let him service my vacuum cleaner and got it back in less than 24 hours.
