        WARNING read reviews on this company.
        I signed up for a 1.1 kWh rate per month.
        They cut my billing cycle off 3 days early so I was a little short of my tiered billing rate and they increased my rate X 10.
        Hino Electric made billing period 3/1 - 3/28 instead of 3/1 - 3/31.
        This is my first bill of a 1 yr contract. I can only image what shenanigans they will pull next month.
