KCM Test Only Center

I Have Been A Happy Customer Of Kcm Smog Test Center For More Then 6 Years!!

The last 2 times I took my Dodge Truck in to Kcm to be smog tested, it failed. The first time it failed the smog test, Charlie suggested that I get the Catalytic Converter replaced, I took my truck to a muffler shop that was close to Kcm and had the converter replaced. I took it back to Kcm and my truck passed the smog test!! (2 Years Later) The second time it failed the smog test, Charlie told me that he thought that the Upstream Oxygen Sensor was bad and needed to be replaced, I asked him if he could replace it for me and he said he could but I could save a lot of money if I replaced it myself, He explained that is was an easy job for me to do. Charlie also told me that there is an Auto Zone right down the street and the O2 sensor was about $50.00. I drove to Auto Zone and picked up the O2 sensor for $48.00 + Tax. I took the sensor home and had it changed in 30 minuets. I took my truck back to Kcm, Retested and passed the smog test!! I told Charlie that I have been to many other smog check stations and NONE of them would give me any help or suggestions on how to get my truck to pass the smog test!! Charlie is an Honest and very Smart man!! Charlie at Kcm treats me very well every time I go into get my smog test done!!! I see someone has left a NEGITIVE Feedback and that is a bunch of BS!! Kcm is a GREAT place to have your car and or truck worked on!! Reasonable Prices, Employees That Know What They Are Doing and 1 of the most Honest shops around!! Thank You Charlie For All Your Help!!!! I will see you on my next visit.
