        Overall

        The complex is located close to 205 and you can hear the freeway. Well maintained exterior. Interior is pure 80's with very basic appliances and cheap cabinetry. One parking place assigned per unit limited space for a second vehicle. Part of the rent is a charge for basic cable even if you don't want cable. Extra monthly charge for water and sewer.
