I purchased a top of the line 18x33 oval pool there in 2005. Unfortunatley, we have not had one season where it has been fully functional. The liner that we purchased with the pool, caves in and we loose thousands of gallons of water. We have contacted the warranty department and they will not stand behind their product. They said that because the seams did not rip, they will not warranty it. You would think a pool that has a liner that will not stay in and you can't swim without the liner it would be under warranty, but it is not. Purchasing a pool is a big investment and can be thousands of dollars a year to fix if the product is no good. Please be aware! The liner is also a potential safety hazard as I feel that the pressure from the water in the pool when it colapes could harm beginner swimmers. Save your self the from any financial loss's and aggrevation and find a reputable company to do business with. Trust me...we are paying for it!
