Best Western On The River

Check-in was at 2 and waited 2 hours for them to clean the room. Not okay for any business and really not okay for parents with special needs kids. Their excuse was we had a full house last night......Customer service was a joke so don't waste your time calling. Going to the Holiday Inn next time!

Stayed with my family for a night Labor Day weekend.Employees were very rude and did not treat us like guests after spending 130.00 for a night at this horrible hotel. There was black hairs all over our tub and desk chair in which we notifyed the guest service agent and she was very rude upon saying and I quote"All the housekeepers have left so do you want me to walk up there and clean it?" in such and ignorant manner.They did not treat us like guests should be treated considering how much money we paid for a room! Our linens on our bed obviously were not changed from the previous guests because they smelled like perfume! Very very disgusting.On top of all this there were numerous spiders on out window so we could not even cvrack it to get any fresh air in the room.This was the first and last time I will ever stay in a Best Western.I would have had better and friendlier service probably at the little local hotel than Best Western.Would definately not recommend staying unless you want to smell like someone elses perfume when you lay down or have other people's hair all over you when you bathe!
