Called two places, first one asked age of unit and hinted at replacement without the tech ever seing the unit, second place was STAR tech was at my house 15 minutes after I called. He completed the repairs and was gone in 40 minutes. Awesome service. Five stars are not enough! Thank you.

Called tonight around 10:00 PM with no heat. Tech returned call within 15 mins. Tech arrived within 45 mins of original call. We had heat within an hour upon arrival. My wife was happy with my choice of contractor. I would highly recommend Star. They get the job done.
