Excellent work!! I have utilized Reliance Home Comfort’s services for their air conditioning and plumbing services. I was fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with one of the owners, Derick Valentine. As a woman, I often find it more difficult to find someone loyal and trusting in the contracting industry. I found Derick to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He went over and above to ensure my needs were aligned with my budget. It would have been easy to sell me a new A/C unit, but they did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Because of this I have referred them to friends, family, and co-workers who have also been extremely satisfied with the work they have done. As an educator myself, learning that both owners are HVAC instructors at a local community college helped reassure me about their background and knowledge. Reliance Home Comfort’s promise to always provide value and outstanding service, as well as honesty and integrity in every transaction is spot on!
