Quaydo's Moving Professionals

Great experience!!! I had an emergency move and they responded promptly. My spouse and I were moving out of our apartment into our new house and these guys made the experience quick and easy.

I thought based off of the reviews they would do a great job. They we're the complete opposite! (1) They showed up late. (2) As they were moving my things I could hear them outside banging against the building and ground with my furniture (3) Once they got to my new residence they were bringing my kitchen table in and hit it againts the wall and broke the leg. (4) while putting my son's crib together they broke the siding off while trying to drill it and THEN took regular tape that you use for ripped paper and put it all around the leg of the bed to try to keep the rail from falling off. The bed is very wobbly now and they didnt even put all the screws back in the bed. When I came into the room to see how everything was coming they pretended as if everything was good...thank God for the glare on the tape which is what caught my eye. When I asked what happened the guy said "sometimes this sort of thing just comes with the job." I asked him if they lower the price when they break something and he said no. At that point I asked them to take the tape off the bed before it ruined the paint and I told them I didnt need them to assemble anything else (which left another crib and queen size bed unassembled). (5) Once they had left I went into my guest room to put the queen size bed together myself only to realize the screws are missing. I looked all around to see if maybe they had laid them somewhere and they are nowhere to be found. In the process of looking for the screws I go to move my mattresses out the way and I see dirt all down the side of it where it looks like they just set it down on the ground. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Infact im going to warn others about them. This was the WORST moving experience of my life!

I had a last minute move they arrived in record timing and conducted my move with ease. Will definently be using their services again!

No-showed on my move today and never answered the phone, called back, etc. Made a tough situation for my family even worse. Thanks for nothing!

I have used them twice back to back these guys are awesome! Very efficient and had no problem coming out just within a few minutes, not only did they move my stuff to my new place but they also setup my furniture. This company did an agent consigned move for us. We are a business based out of Charleston, SC and contracted this company to make a pickup and drop it off at a pre-specified trucking terminal. I spoke with Royal on the phone and gave him the specifics of my move. He gave me a firm quote right away. I sent him an e-mail also for documentation purposes and he replied confirming the quotation. His crew arrived at the house and in a very nice fashion picked up all the household goods that were self packed. Very professional movers. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I looked extensively for professional movers in Newport News/Yorktown to assist in moving my belongings from storage to a second level condo. I was blessed to have found Quaydos. They were at the unit on time and in a matter of a few hours all my stuff was loaded. They had all the extra packing materials that others charge extra (blankets, rope, tape, etc). They carefully carried my belongings up the stairs and placed everything where I asked them. Very professional crew and extremely fast. I highly recommend their moving services.

Courteous, Efficient, Professional Service. Have used Quaydos Moving Professionals twice in the past month. Was very pleased on both occasions. They arrived on time, knew what they were doing, and finished the jobs in record time. Nothing was broken. They were happy to re-assemble furniture and help with placement in each room. Found the pricing very reasonable. Have used larger, nationally-known moving companies in the past, but found Quaydos Moving Professionals service more personable and considerate. Will happily recommend them to others and will use them again. Ask for "Orlando." Think you'll be pleased -- I was.

I couldn't have asked for better service than Quaydo's Moving Professionals! It took my father, my boyfriend, and myself to load a 17' truck about 2 hours. It was mostly filled with boxes and containers. Only had 2 large and heavy items (i.e., my bed and couch). Orlando and his buddy at Quaydo's unloaded everything in my truck in about 25 minutes. It should be noted that I moved into a 2nd floor apartment. Man, Quaydo's put my 2-hour loading to shame! If you're looking for fast, reliable, and friendly moving service, then go with Quaydo's Moving Professionals. Great job guys!
