Divine Floors

So far it has been TERRIBLE. We hired this company for flooring installation and repolished. They came on a Saturday, we gave then half the money, they installed the floor, and came on the next day for repolishing. They sanded, and it seemed they were in a hurry because they applied the polythene coat over coat without letting it dry. When it dried we notice footprints and uneven areas. We called them, they came back the next weekend, and sanded again (at this point we have given them more money), but didn't apply poly completely. It was worst. I texted them and they say they probably will come back this weekend (12/02) or next or when they have time (And wanted more money, but we reused this time). I texted them on 11/30 , and so far no answer. I am going to report them to the BBB. DO NOT do business with this company.
