        Rude Owner

        On several occasions the owner, Wes was very rude and spoke down to me. I've used them for repairs in the past and they were fine, however, due to the attitude of the owner I would rather spend my money with a company that treats people with respect.

        Amazing service!!! If you live in the Bitterroot Valley - Call them!! You won't be sorry!!

        Greg came by first thing in the morning, right on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a great education on how my furnace works, the best way to keep it running efficiently and how to read the error codes which we may encounter in the future. In less than one hour, we had heat in our home again after two years of using space heaters out of fear that a furnace repair would cost an arm and a leg. THANK YOU ALL VALLEY! This winter will be MUCH more comfortable.

        Call these guys first!

        I know nothing of furnaces, but these folks are truly expert. My fear was that some major problem was preventing my furnace from working, so I called All Valley late in the afternoon. The next morning a qualified technician arrived promptly and spent time diagnosing the problem before taking any (expensive) action. Within a couple of hours he found an obscure valve that wasn't working properly and replaced it on the spot. They're fast, they're honest, and it cost me about half of what I expected.
