Modern Miami Furniture

My experience has been great in this furniture store, first of all , adriana has been amazing helping me to find the perfect beds that i was looking for my house. The furniture are made with style and very good quality. Its more expensive that the normal stores but is worth it.

HEY VADIM, THIS IS THE REVIEW I SUBMITTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR YOUR JOKE OF A COMPANY. IT SHOULD CLEAR THINGS UP FOR ANY READERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE AN "F" SCORE ON BBB.COM. NO SURPRISE! This was by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. As a paying customer, I was yelled at, lectured, and insulted by the pathetic excuse of a sales manager Vadim. Their main problem is their sales staff, Zeldy, Francy, and especially Vadim. THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN MIAMI. IF YOU WANT A CERTAIN HEADACHE AND SCREAMING MATCHES WITH THE USELESS AND INCOMPETENT SALES STAFF, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY TRIED TO PULL A FRAUD ON ME AND BECAME VERY HOSTILE AND UNHELPFUL WHEN I CALLED THEM OUT ON IT! VADIM SUCKS!

I ordered 4 dark brown bar stools on September 5, 2015. After 2 months, I called to know the status of my order, and Vadim (the sales person who placed my order) told me that "my order was not in stock and he did not know when it would be". I requested a refund and he refused offering me only a store credit. I decided to change the bar stool model to another similar, which was in stock at LA. The new ones would arrive two weeks later. When I finally got the barstools, only one of then was dark brown, the other had a different color (cappuccino). Vadim told he would open a claim and I would have the other three barstools in the next shipment from LA. After two weeks I got an email telling me that my barstools were not in stock anymore so I would have to pick another item. I ended up with the one dark brown and the three cappuccino barstools. This was a nightmare. Rudeness and disrespect in every interaction I had with Vadim. Deplorable customer service.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM MODERN MIAMI. IF YOU DO YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT. The furniture looks modern and sharp in the showroom and is priced well when discounted. But when it's delivered it arrives later than promised, damaged and assembled with extremely poor craftsmanship. I recently purchased 2 pieces FROM Vadim (the saleman). We paid $99 extra for white glove delivery service What a joke. They arrived late (at least a week late) and left the furniture in a box on the floor un-assembled. When we un-boxed it we found the table glass scratched beyond repair and the glass dismounted from the frame. The second piece of furniture was a chest/dresser, that was also damaged with a dent/scratch in the lacquer and another dent on the top of the chest. We notified the company immediately and filed claims on their website. DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE IF YOU DISCOVER ANY DAMAGE. It's now over a month later and we are still awaiting refunds and replacements. I have since researched their company and they have dozens of BBB complaints on Modern Miami and L.A. Furniture Store (an affiliate or parent company) and numerous negative reviews from other consumers that have identical situations. They too hve been scammed or ripped off and lied to by Mayra, Jesper and Vadim. Save yourself the trouble of being screwed, spend more $ elsewhere on better quality furniture or with a company that is reputable. Even Ikea is better quality that Modern Miami. They don't care about the consumer or their reputation.

This is the most irresponsible company ever! I ordered only two things from them and they couldn’t get it right.

My first item was 1 month late and my 2nd order didn’t even show up. I bought a table from there store and asked them

To put it in warehouse for a month. When it came time to pick it up the table was sold! so I had to order another table

And had to wait another month and I didn’t even receive a discount nor apologize. The 2nd item was just a chair! they told me it

was going to be delivered two weeks late the chair ended up not even showing up at all. This has honestly been the worse

Experience with a furniture company I DO NOT RECOMMEND MODERN MIAMI!
