Ryan Physical Therapy

The therapist was relatively new and inexperienced. She was unable to do an effective massage. She was pleasant and helpful. The owner was verbally abusive to staff and patients, screaming at both when mis-scheduling occurred or if a patient was late. His billing arrived late or not at all. Insurance refused to pay some charges because they had not been billed in specified time limits. This practice always has last minute openings, if you need an appointment NOW. I would not recommend them unless no one else is available.
