Fred's Plumbing & Heating

Fred was supposed to call once parts were ordered for a bathroom job. He never called. Upon calling him he said he would be out on so and so date but never showed. Never called. Made a few more attempts for him to come out and he never did. No calls or anything from him. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have said from the beginning. He hung up on my phone call as well the last time. Do not recommend for anything.
