Allegheny Glass

I have dealt with this organization on several occasions and have only good things to say both about their service and their products, I WAS SURPRISED TO READ ONE REVIEW stating just the opposite. I would recommend them without reservation.

I CALLED TO ORDER SOME GLASS AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDE. AND LIED TO BY TWO EMPLOYEES . I ASKED FOR THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION. THE MAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID HE WAS IN CHARGE AND THEN A WOMAN TOLD ME SHE WAS IN CHARGE AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NAME I WAS HUNG UP ON. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND NASTY TO CUSTOMERS
