One star is too much to describe the service and associates at East West Movers.



I have used their service.. I would not recommend to anyone.. They deliver my stuff after month instead of 10 days. Poor customer service and very nasty people to deal with.



These movers are not good at communicating when the going gets tough.



If you've been thinking about using East West, I'd strongly urge you to reconsider. We got so f**ked by this company, and you shouldn't have to be their next victim.

Aside from "misplaced" or stolen boxes (4) and ruining my dining table, breaking my valuable things, missing dining room chair, breaking my child's doll house, and also literally tearing off the legs off my daughters kitchen set, they didn't deliver till 2 weeks after the date they initially have me. After reviewing everyone's complaints, I feel the masses need to be aware. I'll be writing reviews, informing the news papers, news stations, and feel class a ruin is the way to go, since we all seem to have zero results from this company. Pls contact me, so we can get this ball rolling. My girlfriend whose an attorney is more than happy to assist. My wedding dress is gone, there goes the thought of one day passing that on to her. Photo albums gone. Such a sad situation. The warehouse assistant is a vindictive one, and I wouldn't be surprised if my things were damaged or taken somehow as a result of her doing, however I could be wrong. Pls respond to this post so we can try and turn a negative in to a positive.

this is the worst moving company in NJ they gave low estimates [$2028] and when they have the stuff into the truck they take even the money from your bank [$5438] they robber me when they deliver my stuff half of the was broken and some was missing they deliver my stuff 2 monts late i don't recomend EAST WEST MOVERS to no one

I hired east west movers to move me localy from teaneck,nj to edgewater, nj.

The day of the move i was so stressed out from packing and running around that I almost had a breakdown, I hired anyway movers, they showed up on time and began working immediately.

They all went to separate areas of the house to start packing. I was surprised to see how fast these guys were. The move began at 9 am sharp and finished all the work right around 3 pm. No hidden fees or charges at the end of the day. That what I was most concerned about. Move went smooth an really have no complaints thanks a lot guys. I will definitely recommend you guys.

The moving company basically lied from day 1 and destroyed and damaged many of my treasured possessions, removed quite a few of my valuable belongings from boxes and has yet to do anything about it. We contacted the BBB and an attorney - but it is going to be a long process. I am not sure if we will ever be compensated - but you live and learn every day. Items that are destroyed and missing are things I can never replace and have a lot of sentimental value. They are basically running a criminal enterprise and should be put out of business.

Do not use those scam artists! Where should i start yes theyre really good at talking you into stuff, especially anthony. But once they got your money they dont wanna talk to you anymore. First of all they falsely wrote behind every item on the list either damaged, scratched, bent etc. Even stuff that was still fine when we got it back. Just to secure their butts. ALL of our furniture got scratched and beat up, wood came off, handles were missing, plastic boxes shattered, glass coffee table broke, etc. No wonder when i saw how they just threw everything on top of each other in the truck not caring about your stuff and they reload it several times! But the funniest part is how they try to blame it on you when you know that your stuff was fine when it was packed in front of you. Some shoes and stuff we knew we packed was missing, go figure... The movers who brought our furniture didnt built anything back up like we were told and they left our bathroom disgusting! Talking about wiping themselves and throwing it on the floor! Nasty people! Then of course since everything got damaged i filed a complaint and now a year later i still havent heard back from them! I am just warning you, please find another moving company and save your money and dont get your loving stuff f'd up! Some of those good reviews they must have created themselves since they told me over the phone to look them up on here but their real customer reviews are on yelp!
