        On 07/13/10 I called this business and spoke with a male. I requested a service call for my air conditioner for late that afternoon. He told me a service man was available and we scheduled him to be at my home late in the afternoon. I gave him my work and home ph. numbers in case the serviceman was delayed etc. I arrived at home before the scheduled time and waited waited waited and waited. You got it, The service man never showed up. No one from the business called me to inform me of any delays or cancellations. Thanks for wasting my time KINGMAN. I will never do business with these people. I had to click a star to leave my opinion. Otherwise it would have been the middle finger.

        Unfortunately we did not receive a call from customer, asking if we were going to make it on time. We never know how long we will be on each call and never would intentionally not respond to a customer. We are very sorry that this happened and apologize, Sir.
