I placed a high school ring order with this establishment, made a 50% downpayment, and promised that it would be ready in time by April 21, 2006. They called me at home, spoke to my daughter on April 19th and said that the ring was ready. I went to pick it up and it could not be found-it was in El Passo, Texas. I was called again on April 26th at work, and was told that the ring was ready. I went to pick it up, and I was told the ring was in Texas. Here it is May 4th and I still have no ring.
