        GREAT SERVICE

        Been there several times throughout the years. They know what they are doing. My mom started going there, Now I and my grown children take our cars there. Not only excellent, friendly service, but unlike some repair shops, they make every effort to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. Try them. You won't be disappointed!!

        BEST MECHANICS EVER!!!!!

        The guys at this garage really know what they are doing. From little to big they can do it all. And as a female I don't feel like I am being talked down to and I am not being ripped off. You really cannot go wrong when choosing these guys as your mechanic.

        STAY AWAY. Customer service is awful! They do not contact you for vehicle status and if they will keep your car overnight. THey assume you dont need your car. They cant order the right parts causing you to have to keep going back. Inconvenience.....they dont care. its your time and money. they dont even try to make it right by lowering the cost or offering a free oil change/tire rotation. they also treat your car like trash. on multiple occasions, I have had to scrub the inside material (the inside roof and frame) because they get oil everywhere. Then when asked about it, they denied it. I know it wasnt me because noone is ever in my backseat and I am OCD. It isnt worth saving the extra dollars. you'll just spend in gas, time and cleaning supplies!!

        Didn't try to Upsell

        Fred's Garage in Baltimore was great. I went in for a tune-up my tech noticed I needed an alignment (which I knew about) and brakes. He told me my brakes were ok for 500 more miles. He even took me into the bays and SHOWED me. He didn't try to upsell me and even told me the life left on my brakes. A great experience, although their secretary is a little rude.
