        I am a home owner that owns a Trane AC. I called this company to see if I could buy the part I needed as it is still under warranty . I was told no. Have to be a licensed dealer to by parts for something you own . I paid a little over six thousand dollars for this unit. And I can get parts for it! I am a retired master electrician . Go figure . The way these people operate is a racket . ! Buyer be ware ! Don’t buy anything from anybody , if you ,the owner ,wants to by parts . I called two separate dealers in two separate towns . First one in Meridian just hung up on me ! I called corporate office and got hooked up with a bit that wanted me to text them what I needed . So , ok I did . No RESPONSE ! Is this the kind of company that , you individually would want to purchase anything ?? Completely unresponsive = not dependable !!!!
