Very bad pest problem!!! Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Mmi management will not return your call about complaints. If you don’t want roaches crawling on you in your sleep please do not rent here...

Very rude people in the office. They appeared nice before moving in but when decided to move out, they tried to keep the deposit. While out of town for three weeks, they went into the apartment and turned on the air conditioner to the highest setting and turned on all the lights which ran up the bill. When I complained they contacted my job and lied in order to tarnish my reputation. When moving out during the walk through they tried to add extra charges in order not to give back deposit. When I wrote a letter to the main head quarters I got no response. This was the worse experience ever encountered with these people. They do not deserve a rating but since I have to give one I give 1 star but they do not deserve that. These people in the office represent the complex and it was the worst experience with them.

I've lived here 6 months. We pay 714 a month and all of our appliances are OLD and every single one has broke down. And it takes over two weeks for them to fix it. They've fixed my fridge twice and it still has the same problems, they should just replace it but they wont. The pool by the fitness center is never as nice. The fitness center is a joke, i went there in the summer and it was like 90 degrees in there! Why would you want to work out in that heat?? A few months ago some noisy neighbors moved in upstairs and I've made complaints but no one cares. the complex put in hard floors throughout except the bedrooms and that includes the upstairs units. We will not be staying here again.

Do NOT and i repeat do not move into the palms. The management is absolutely horrible. They refuse to let you know if you've recieved a package saying it's not their responsibility to notify you. They also like to screw people over on their rent. (i've had that happen to a couple of friends that live here) and as for maintance....well good luck trying to get them to come out and fix anything. My husband and i waited 2 weeks for them to fix the ac and it took us and our neighbors complaining every day. This is a horribly run complex. I advise you to take your business some place else that cares

WHATEVER YOU DO.....DONT LIVE AT THE PALMS. So what if the cops get called to the complex multiple times....do you think the management staff cares? No....Countless nights of no sleep and a lease you cant break for a year. This has been a NIGHTMARE and I will NOT be returning to this area. No fences so the trailer park next door utilizes the pool along with other people that just wander in. It was a great experience at first but man after three months I was ready to go. I usually don't complain and this is my first bad review that I have ever posted. Such potential its sad. If you do decide to live here I pray for you. I was forced to give this place a star.

The complex is nasty full of drugs and very very loud! Lived there for 2yrs and absolutely dreaded living there. Management and staff are horrible, they do not care about there tenets. Work orders never get done. The units are full of mold and they do not care. My 2 boys stayed sick all the time. DO NOT RENT FROM THE PALMS. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Hey, I just wanted to thank the office staff, again for the efforts they went through to ensure I received all of my packages. I hope you all have a wonderful day and I honestly couldn't be happier that this was my first apartment. I will definitely be holding any other place I move into up to the standards you all have shown me. Thanks again.

managemen Will Not Or Can Not Control Loud Neibors. My Kids Are Tired In School Cause Of All The Noise From About 1-6 Am Every Day.Had Service Order Which Was Never Attended To. Nice Management But We Need Managers Not Friends. Rugs Were Very Old.

I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to everyone. Great staff and maintenance.

I don't know about the other reviews on here, but i LOVED LOVED LOVED my apartment. The apartment was quiet and clean and exactly what I wanted. Lisa, Duane and Mary Beth were always so nice and friendly to me.

The only reason I am moving is due to military orders. I would highly recommend The Palms.

My husband and I lived here for like two months, everything was fine and dandy. But we moved out sooner than expected because of personal reasons and we had military orders to end any lease agreement we had, no prob. But upon moving out, they kept going into our bank account and getting the rent which was like 724 dollars a month .. but they always returned it. One month they didn't and as you can imagine I was LIVID. I have been bothering the absolute dog crap out of Mary Beth from October-January wwith no results. So I started showing up randomly and Lisa apparently had no idea they owed me almost a thousand dollars. . A few more weeks pass with lots of phone calls to find out why I STILL after 5 months do not have my money back, I got a check in the mail today for 200$ less than what they owed me. And don't even get me started on the nasty apartment we lived in! It smelled like nothing but cigarettes and old wood!

I hate the Palms.I live in the Palms and I am hoping to get out of this hell hole very very very soon. When you first go to look at the apartment or sign your lease, the office staff comes off as they are gonna be your best friend and even goes as far as asking you to go dancing with them. Once you sign that lease, things are totally different. You can expect it to take at 2 if not more months to have whatever work orders you put in to be taken care of. It clearly states in the lease and they make it very clear when they are going over the lease with you that no alcohol or glass containers are allowed around the pool. This is disregarded by the staff themselves all the time as I have seen this while I was swimming with my children in the pool. You have to constantely stay on top of them to get anything done around there. The pictures you see online are nothing like you get. The apartments are extremely over priced and not worth what you have to pay. The only rooms you have lights in are the dining room, kitchen, and in the very very very tiny bathroom. Lisa and Mary Beth will tell you all sorts of nice things which turns out to be bull crap to get you to sign the lease. Whatever you do don't fall for their lies and don't get trapped in this hell hole. This apartment doesn't even deserve the one star but you have to pick at least one.

This is the worst place I have ever lived! Moved in and the apartment was infested with fleas, carpet was dirty, the lawns are filled with dog crap because most of the dog owners are not told to pick up the dog poo, so you have to watch where you step. Maintenance will come into your apartment, early in the morning. No knock or warning. I was in my bed asleep! Property manager and other office staff shake off any concern you have as no big deal. Worst office management customer service I have ever dealt with. So glad I moved from this apartment complex months ago. Worst experience ever.
