Bad customer Service. The absoultely worst I have ever dealt with. Hood's refused to refund a pedestal sink that my wife purchased. She had lost the receipt. All we wanted was an exchange, but Hood's refused to do it. They said without a receipt they would not take it back. The manager told us they couldnt verify the sink was even sold at Hood's even though there was some sitting on display. We later found out that our sink was not a "matched set" so they wouldnt even refund or exchange the original purchase price of $129. They said they could offer $65. If you ever have to refund a product dont buy from Hood's. I guess their store policy is "AS IS" no returns even though it is not stated. Go to Home Depot or Lowe's instead.
