"We contracted with Titan sunrooms to convert our screened-in-porch into a sunroom. It came complete with beautiful windows and a brick knee wall that matched the brick on the rest of the house. Metal hurricane shutters came with sunroom and have been easy to install. We added the flooring and a Mini split heating and cooling unit. Because it is heated and cooled and finished so nicely, we were able to add the square footage from the sunroom into the price of the house at the same square foot value as the rest of the house."

Screen rooms built with ColorBeam Framing and Roofs are rock solid. We have improved upon EVERY element of the run-of-the-mill aluminum screen room. Gone are the flimsy kick-plates that your dog can run thru and the wafer thin metal frames that strain to hold your screen in place. Our Zeus screen doors frames are 71% thicker than standard screen doors and employ a continuous “piano” hinge that adds strength against high winds.

“Had a poorly designed screened porch structure taken down and an alcove roof section with two skylights built and installed. Took two workers three days to complete the project and they did a great job. Product design and onsite service was outstanding. We have used Titan Sunrooms last October to put in a sunroom. I had an excellent experience with them. I am very, very pleased. They were very reasonably priced. Their design technique for the sunroom was far superior than any of the others that I saw. Their workmanship was exceptional.”

They also took care of obtaining all the permits necessary, and contacting the city for inspection, and we received the CO immediately. Great job!”
