Ingrid is magical in her profession. She has relieved me of constant back, shoulder pain and continuous headaches from whiplash from an automobile accident. Several physical therapy sessions barely improved my pain. Ingrid's first session relieved my headaches and started improving my pain in other areas from the accident. She is a very pleasant person with incredible knowledge of her profession. Magical!

I have been seeing Ingrid for a few years now for shoulder and elbow pain. The injury happened as a child and is now causing pain, stiffness and decreased mobility in adulthood. After being told I needed shoulder replacement, I decided to try a non-surgical route and came to Ingrid. Her therapy has been life changing for me. I no longer suffer with daily pain, my mobility is back and daily life is so much better. She has taught me stretches and methods I can use at home as well. I have been coming to Ingrid for physio-massage for 3 years. She is professional, knowledgable, pleasant and provides a safe and relaxing environment for her clients. I have sciatic nerve and SI joint issues. Ingrid provides a multi-faceted approach to my issues with myofascial release, stretching and deep tissue work. Her background in physical therapy also allows her to make suggestions of exercises/stretching to do at home. I've been getting professional massages for almost 30 years and Ingrid stands as the most effective practitioner I've ever worked with. It's very clear that her deep knowledge of how muscles, tendons, joints and fascia work stems from her decades of work as PT. She's intuitive and yet asks for feedback throughout session. Ingrid is amazing, kind, and so knowledgeable regarding the workings of the human body. I chose Ingrid because I knew I needed a practitioner who could do both massage and connective tissue release. My muscles were so stiff after doing even mild exercise, I could barely straighten my body to a full standing position on some days. I'd had myofascial release work done in the past, and it was always painful. Ingrid's method of releasing fascia is so gentle, and I always have far better range of motion after her treatments. I've been seeing Ingrid for a few months now. Although I still exercise each day, I now have full range of motion thanks to Ingrid.

Amazing knowledge and understanding of the human body that has helped me more than anyone else relieve my back, hip and back issues. Ingrid also is one of the best at explaining what she is doing to you in a manner that is knowledgeable but understandable allowing you to explain it to others if they asked what happened during the session. Ingrid Stacker is very skilled. I chose to do massage therapy with her because I knew she had previous experience as a physical therapist in Germany. I had muscular weakness and limitation of movement in a joint. In our first session she made an assessment to determine how the massage therapy would be helpful in my case and planned the approximate number and duration of sessions that would be helpful to me. This means that the massage is not just for relaxation and I won't have to attend unlimited number of sessions to see results. I really like the sessions, they are very helpful and I highly recommend.

Ingrid clearly enjoys what she does, takes her time to listen and cares that you are fully satisfied when your session is over. Ingrid provided both massage and a bit of physical therapy at my session, focusing on areas of discomfort in a pain-free manner. Her prices are fair for the excellent treatment she offers. Ingrid Staecker has helped me overcome my spine and weight bearing joint injures. With her positive approach and knowledgeable methods I can now enjoy a proper gait with better posture.

I have been seeing Ingrid for about a year now for chronic neck pain. Ms. Staecker is the only therapist that I have seen who takes the time to understand her client. In no time she has undone years of a tensed neck due to constant work on the computer. Also I am a runner and recently have had a problem with my Achilles tendon. Ingrid was able to release the tightness and give me exercises to do so that I am able to control the problem on my own.

I started seeing Ingrid 2 years ago for a back and shoulder issue. Having been disabled in 1995 due to bursting of two discs (L4& L5) I healed incorrectly and this forced my right shoulder to be higher than my left shoulder, causing chronic pain.
