Veterinary Surgery
With our advanced anesthetic capabilities and surgical equipment, we can maximize safety and comfort for your pet. We offer pet neutering and spaying, and closely monitor each animal to appropriately address pain management. Please contact us for a list of pet surgery procedures that we offer.
Declawing
Spaying and Neutering
Spaying or neutering can be done at approximately six months of age. Your pet is given an exam prior to surgery to help determine if they are healthy enough to undergo the surgical procedure. Current vaccinations are required at the time of surgery. Also a pre-anesthetic blood screen is recommended prior to undergoing anesthesia and surgery. This can help to detech any underlying problems that may cause complications with the surgery/anesthesia. We work with you and your pet to help manage any pain after surgery.

We are a full-service veterinary hospital that offers generalized pet care. We offer a wide variety of diagnostic services, x-ray examinations, ultrasound, surgical procedures, vaccinations and routine check ups. We also offer auxiliary services such as overnight boarding and bathing.

Microchipping
Microchips are a great way to identify your pet if ever they become lost. They are registered in a national database. This insures that when they are brought to a veterinary clinic or shelter after being found they will be able to contact you.

In addition to having an annual physical exam for your pet, we also recommend performing a yearly blood work test. This yearly exam checks your pet's kidneys, liver, blood sugar and blood protein levels. It is very easy to administer these blood tests at the same time we perform the yearly heartworm test. For our senior pets we may recommend some additional blood tests.
