Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic

There is a stain on the service of this place as the two front desk workers can’t even find the time to do exactly what they’ve been hired to do....work. Please see Google, Yelp, or Facebook for detailed reviews of my awful experience with possibly the most unprofessional and worst admin staff in history.

This place is horrible! First I was told on the phone by the receptionist that the vet would work with me on payments. I get there with my sick sick puppy, and was told they needed all the money up front and when I tried to explain what was told to me on the phone they acted as if they didn't and wouldn't say such a thing. Well they didn't know I keep my phone calls recorded and I let the office manager hear exactly what was told to me on on the phone. She was going to honor and allow me to pay the next following day. However, I still ended up paying the total amount of 160 dollars for them to just give my puppy a nausea shot and some pills and was told to force her to drink Gatorade. I knew she was much sicker than they made her out to be but they sent me home. Only for my puppy to pass away two day later!!! I just buried our furbaby and feel as if she should have received the adequate care from these disgraceful people the first time. Regardless of money, if you love the field you work in like caring for pets, you do what you can for them. But these people are only money hungry and I promise to never return with any future pets! I will tell my story to everyone I come across and make sure they too never take their pets to this place. Because while they're only worried about money. Some of us actually look at our pets as part of our family and sometimes unfortunate circumstances occur where everyday life expenses in the way. And you never anticipate this can happen but when you go to the measures of taking your pet the first time around you would think they would take of the animal then.. I'm disgusted and so sick to my stomach that these people just let our puppy die. They are in that profession and they are the ones who should know what is wrong and suggest other test etc. But these people just send you home. Thanks memorial vet for killing our family member and traumatizing my son who had to watch it.. You people are rude and you truly discuss me.

Awesome facility! Great care & customer service!! Unfortunately, our family dog of 11 years sick, and we decided to put him to sleep. The staff, especially Dr. John B., offered excellent care- top of the line bedside manner. They made this difficult experience go smoothly.

I can not praise Dr Barlow or Memorial Drive Vet Clinic enough.. above the average Vet office hands down. Scarlett went in head down and tail tucked. once she realized where she was her head went up.. have you ever seen a Dog love their Vet?? She knew she was in good hands and with people that loved her... Thank you Thank you Thank you..

I couldn't beileve what they did to my dog. He was seen on Friday for his tail, no hair and he keeped chewing on it. It was bleeding alot and he was crying uncontrollably. So Saturday evening the dog was so bad he had to go to the emergency vet in Fayettville , OMG ! the vet said his nerve was exposed and he was in ALOT of pain. She recommended amputation. My poor dog. Memorial Drive vet Never even touched or cleaned the tail just gave him a shot and sent him home. If she had looked at him she would have seen that the nerve was exposed. Never again will I use this vet. My dog is in recovery now and doing well without his tail.

I just would like everyone looking for a great vet to know about the greatest vet clinic in GA. I take my 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 6 horses to Memorial Drive Vet Clinic and they are WONDERFUL!!! The vets are extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and eager to help. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, even when I need help getting my 110lb golden retriever out of the car because his arthritis is so bad that he can not jump in or out.



So, if you are looking for a new vet clinic give them a try!!



By the way, the groomer there does an awesome job on my cat, that i get groomed at least once a year.
