BEWARE: I originally chose because we were on a budget and they had the lowest quote. The fence went in fairly quickly and looks nice but the gate latch doesn't function (kind of instrumental to the purpose of a fence) and when I had Ron come out to receive payment and I told him about the latch he said he'd be back later to fix it (after hammering on it a bit causing the paint to chip). Weekly phone calls have been made for FOUR months. He always had an excuse, sometimes health, but mostly telling me he had forgotten about it and he was going to write it down then and be by later. When I was originally researching his company everything I found was suspicious - the only google reviews were written by him and his partner, they are not BBB accredited as the only review on the BBB website is a negative one similar to my issue, his website "gallery" is a picture of the fence in front of the white house with testimonials that are misquoted. But I was on a budget and presented him with these issues hoping he had an response - his answer to the BBB negative review was "can't please everyone" and did not address the other issues at hand. So I told him he could do our fence if I could pay him in full (no 50% down) after the fence was completed. It was done, but now my husband will have to fix the latch (no big deal), but I would NOT RECOMMEND PAYING HIM UNTIL ALL WORK IS COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY as I disagree with the other reviews comment that "he stands by his work" since he won't even follow through on a seemingly super easy fix that is still under his 1 year installation warranty.

We have used Ron several times to repair our fence (installed by someone else 10 years ago). He does great work and stands behind it too. We will definitely use him again in the future.
