I always feel that that all of the staff in this family-owned-business are very knowledgeable about their products. They tell me when there is a coupon available for something that I am buying, or will tell me how much a chemical is per pound if I buy a small or larger amount so that I can make an informed decision. They never try to get me to buy something that I don't need. We have another pool store 10 minutes away, but I don't trust their honest or at times even basic understancing of their products. I am glad to drive 25 minutes to see the family members that have served us so well for 10 years.
