The ONLY decent thing here are the front desk people , I have read other reviews that are the same their vet techs don't care and the vet has NO PASSION he's only worried about pushing his own rocky creek brand medicine out the door to make a buck. After trying to sedate my dog so they can save time and cut corners when other vets in the area work with him and us not wanting to allow it they kicked him out. He was also wrong about my dogs ear infection diagnostic he said it was bacterial but it was not we later found out from another vet.. deciding to give them one more chance was a mistake. The most messed up part is they have worked with him before and been fine but now they just don't want to put any extra work or time. You would think since they are over priced more than any other vet in the area they would work with him. I brought him into a vet on wade Hampton this morning and told them everything and they worked with him fine and found sedation absolutely ridiculous for what he needed done. Never been to a vet that cares so little about animals... besides that, the time before this he came back with his fur all matted down from whatever they allowed to get all over him I decided to give it another chance and lord knows it was a mistake. The main vet just creeps around in the background n shows little care or attention I would like to do more than just write a review. Just plz trust me when I say these reviews on google are not real!! They have spammed their way to 4.8 stars trust me they do the work of a 1 star vetenarian they should be closed down. I wonder how many ratings they will spam / create to get rid of this one. Please please please listen to me go else where, ANYWHERE is better trust me.

Low paying job compared to other resorts. If you are over 40 years old & have experience, they won't hire you. When they say they're going to call you, they don't. Interviews are rushed & not conducted well. Too many employees distracted with their cellphones.

I just love Dr. Powers and his staff. The clinic is nice and clean. No loud barking. Dogs that come in are always wagging their tails. Dr. Powers has a very kind touch with animals and I appreciate the time and care he takes with all our pets when they are being examined. They have a very nice kennel and have doggie day care available. Their grooming is wonderful also. I just can't say enough about how great they are. Very happy to have found them!!

The WORST vet I have ever been too!! EVER! If I could give him negative stars I would. In my opinion he does not practice good medicine. I've never felt less sure of a diagnosis, the procedure by which to diagnose, or the doctor's skill. The doctor himself didn't seem sure in any way. I boarded my pets there as well. The kennels smell, its dirty and is horrible. One of my pets came back covered in his poop and pee, Disgusting! The girls at the front desk are awesome but his Vet Techs are Compassionless and his Kennel Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Beware of this Vet..he treats his wallet and not the pet (very money hungry)!! If I can make a difference for the better life of someone else's pet then it will at least provide some meaning to this review. If you love your little furry friend, find a good vet to take it to, and research another veterinary clinic you can take it to ahead of time just NEVER go here.

Very nice people and wonderful vet. They take very good care of your pets and seem to genuinely care about their well being.

I went to the clinic the first time a few months ago. A new vet had taken over. After two visits, he cleared up problems I had been dealing SIX months with. Our dog had chronic diarrhea and nothing the other vet did helped. Now our old dog is doing fine. Her arthritis is improved with new meds as well. She is more spry. I am thankful that this new doc was able to make my dog well. I am forever grateful.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Powers. Staff and Dr were friendly and helpful. Fees were very reasonable.
