Atlantis Luxury Pools

Steve Smith and his crew at Atlantis Luxury Pools were a pleasure to work with and we are pleased with our pool in every way. It was not an easy job, as we had a 45 year old pool that was leaking badly redone. The old fiberglass lining had to be chiseled out by hand before the new Pebbletec could be applied and they converted it to a salt water pool. It looks beautiful and was finished much faster than I would have thought possible.

We used Steve of Atlantis pools to build our beautiful backyard oasis pool. The process of adding a pool was much more seamless than we had anticipated. This is due to the fact that Steve and his team took every effort to minimize disruption to our backyard. Steve was attentive to every detail, kept us informed of process along the way, and constantly maintained clean work environment (free of trash and construction debris). We love the finished product of our pool,, and highly recommend Steve of Atlantis pools if you are looking for pool contractor.

What a great experience. Steve was able to listen and build exactly what we had in mind. He expanded on our ideas for a private oasis pool and gazebo that is stunning. His guys really knew what they were doing and helped put it together for the total look. We could not be more pleased with Atlantis Luxury pools!

This pool company is AWESOME! Steve (owner) and his crew built us a pool last Summer. He promised us a hassle free experience and maintenance. And that's exactly what we have!!! If you are considering a pool in the Greenville, SC area, don't bother going anywhere else. Atlantis Pools is the best around. After we moved from Cape Cod, MA, we met with Steve about our ideas for a pool. In our first meeting we mentioned that we wanted a "beachy" feel to it. He never forgot that and created a masterpiece that exceeded our expectations. He's not just a "pool guy"; he has a keen eye for landscape design and how everything ties together. As others have mentioned here, he does what he says he'll do, and then goes above and beyond. And unlike others we have dealt with, he returns calls and texts as if we were his only customer.

Steve is the consummate professional in the work that he does and the approach he has to serving his customers. His work was always completed on-time and within budget. There were no surprises during the construction phase of the project. He has amazing foresight and vision regarding the best plan for your space. He is truly gifted in that respect. Another important aspect of Steve's construction crew is that they treated our backyard as if it was their living room. They respected the plants/shrubbery and yard decorations that were currently in place and even though it was a major construction project, it looked in the end as if our pool was simply placed in our backyard one night while we were sleeping. Perhaps as impressive as the construction of the pool has been the service after the pool was completed. I have called Steve at odd hours of the day and night and he has never failed to respond in a timely manner. Most of the issues could be solved via the phone but he has come back several times to address my concerns and/or simply to ensure that everything was working properly. We were not sure if it would even be possible to put a pool in our back yard, since the yard is very small, sloped and access to the yard is tiny to say the most. Steve was willing to take on this challenge and was able to transfer our vision into a stunning concept and finished product. He had incredible ideas as to how to build a perfect Oasis that fits and flows with our small yard. He was able to pull off the full project within 4 weeks which seemed unbelievable, considering the challenges due to the small yard. The way he integrated a feature wall with waterfall, raised beams with high quality masonry work, deck jet and a bubbler in the tanning ledge was picture book perfect. I would recommend Atlantis Pools and Spas to anyone who is looking for a hassle free turnkey project with an AAA+++ contractor.

He was the only one that convinced us that he could do the grading to make the pool possible. Steve Smith is personally involved in every aspect of building the pool! He personally did the grading himself and kept us informed every step of the way. He was very helpful and patient in answering our pool questions and gave us a lesson on how to work the equipment. He also assured us that we could call him anytime if we had a problem or a question. We look forward to making wonderful memories with our children and grandchildren in our Atlantis pool! Steve Smith, is what I call an over performer. He built our gunite pool in four weeks, completely done and water going in. My husband was very busy at this time so it was myself who worked with Steve. Steve's communications skills are excellent, I always knew what was being done. I always felt my job was a top priority. He was vigilent in making sure all trades took care with my property. He understood exactly what we wanted and delivered exactly that. Very pleased with all aspects of his work, highly recommend.

We interviewed Steve Smith and 2 other companies regarding our new pool. He was the most professional individual to step on our property. He asked the correct questions, in order to find out what WE wanted and deliver that product. Our unique setting was a challange, but Steve went out of his way to care for our landscaping and grounds during the construction process. He has also been there everytime we called with questions regarding the maintenance. Our advise is HIRE HIM........

My husband and I had quite a few quotes on designing/installing our new pool. Steve Smith, Atlantis Pools and Spas, was very professional and had some great ideas on the drainage for our lot. He designed everything the way we had imagined it would be.



His crew was also very friendly, on time, and always made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day...including locking the gate. We were totally impressed by their professionalism.
