Golden Chassis

I took my car here late last year after an accident. Insurance gave me a list of body shops that included Golden Chassis. I choose this. Big mistake. The first time it was there they had the car for almost a month. They kept telling me it would be ready soon and then they would extend it. At least twice I was told they ordered the wrong part. I finally got it back just to realize that they didn't fix the other side of the car which had dents from the accident. I took it back and they kept it at least another week. I then had to take it back in for a 3rd time because it had a damaged strut. Again obviously due to the accident. I then noticed a popping sound when I turned the wheel all the way to the side. I finally took it back to them a few months later. This popping noise had been happening since I got the car back. They said they could not find the problem and tried to get me to pay for a diagnostic at the shop next door who I assume they have a contract with. I ended up taking the car to the dealership because at this point I didn't trust them and felt like they were more interested in getting more money from me than making sure the work they had already done was ok. The dealership informed me of 2 problems. The bolts that were put on while replacing the struts had not been tightened down. And the main problem was that a bolt in the engine cradle that Golden Chassis had replaced a few months before was seized. I had the dealership replace it because there was no way I was going to take my car back to Golden Chassis. I called Ryan and Derek at Golden Chassis to inform them of the problem that was causing the popping sound and they stated that sometimes the dealership is wrong. They didn't believe it was a seized bolt and I should have brought it there for them to look at. Even though I already had and they couldn't figure out the problem on a seized bolt on an engine cradle they had replaced. This place is only about the money in my opinion and does sub par work

They are very nice and friendly people working there. And they did a great job on my car it's beautiful I will recommend them to everyone I know.

On July 10th i wreacked my brand new Ford transit connect van. It was taken to golden chassis on Greenwood. I was able to pick the van up on August ,2nd. The truck was back to premier condition. Every time we have had to use this business we have had above average results

They fasy friendly courteous and in general the Best on the business.
