Overall

I rented A Touch of Class Limousine Co. to attend Disney on Ice downtown and the service was exceptional. One of my co-workers recommended this company for me greatly.



It was nice having a limo because it unfortunately was raining that day and the limo dropped us off at the front then picked us up at the front as well so we didn't have to walk in the rain. The driver was extremely courteous with my children as well as my parents that we brought with us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a nice vehicle and great service.

Overall

We took the Rockstar 1 party bus out for a night on the town 6 hours by far a First Class operation, driver was on time and very professional, the vehicle was spotless, awesome TV's and sound system. We had the best evening and owe much of it to the Party Bus Service we received from A Touch of Class Limousine Co. Thank you, we plan to rent one of your busses again soon. Keep up the good work.

Limo disaster

I hired a limo driver from Touch of Class Limousine Service and paid in advance for my sister and her husband to be taken from their wedding reception at Southern Dunes Golf Course to the Conrad hotel in downtown Indianapolis. Here is a map of where they were supposed to go (http://www.mapquest.com/mq/6-CmxyVN0lPUAH) This map shows that they were supposed to go from point A to point B. Instead they somehow went from point A to point C where I picked them up at a BP gas station and took them to the Conrad myself. I stopped payment on my credit card because the service I paid for was not delivered but the limo company is now disputing saying that they should still be paid.



When I arrived at the gas station, the limo was gone and my sister and her husband were inside still wearing full wedding attire. I drove them from there to the Conrad hotel. The trip to the Conrad is a very simple drive. It took me about 15-20 minutes. If the driver had known what she was doing, they would have been driven to the Conrad with no problems. The bottom line and the reason for everything going wrong was because the driver did not know where she was going and got lost. Therefore, the service that I paid for was not provided, and I should receive a full refund. When I talked to Mark at Touch of Class Limousine Service four times on the following Monday about all of this, he seemed to believe that my sister and her husband were somehow at fault. He never called me back and never gave me a refund. Just looking at the map of where they ended up (point C), it is very obvious that the driver had no idea where she was going.
