        Outside unit was not working. Steve said was fan motor.Replaced

        motor & still did not work. Replaced capacitor ($20) & worked.

        Charged me $500. Steve tried to convince me that both items were bad. I told him he should have replaced capacitor first.

        I believed I got screwed.
