Loved the experience and results! Cara was fantastic. She took the time to learn about my hair and made some great recommendations. I absolutely loved the color, cut, and style she did. And the experience was very relaxing, with the aromatherapy. I also like that the products are all natural. The pricing is competitive and you get more than you pay for, in my opinion! So happy to have discovered Ivy and Cara!

I would not recommend this salon to a friend in need of a good haircut and blowdry. The prices are what you would expect for a good haircut, $45-$55, but the stylists do not provide the highly skilled service I expect at a good salon. I've been to Ivy three times. The first time I would have given it 4 stars, as my experience was good. The second time my haircut looked awful, two stars, but I went back because my initial visit met expectations. The third time I got a horrible haircut. It was uneven and jagged at the bottom in ways it shouldn't have been. I told the stylist that I wasn't happy with the style, but the salon told me my only option was a quick dry cut with the same stylist. Honestly, I think I would have faired better at Great Clips.
