I was a customer at the north street store on Tuesday sept. 9 .
The salesclerk was very well informed and seemed to know his
Products well. He was also very unfriendly, and answered my
Questions as though it was a terrible inconvenience . when I asked
For he!p identifying a house roach I was shown a poster on the
Wall. When I asked if he had one close enough that I could
Actually read the very small print too far away to make out I
Was told that's the only one they had.
I hope he was having a bad day but I won't know because I will
Never go back.
